Dr. Keith Toms

Dr. Toms is a lifelong Hopkinsville resident, and knew that he wanted to practice medicine back home in Hopkinsville after graduating medical school. He obtained his undergraduate and his MD at the University of Louisville. He is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics. He is the proud father to two terrific kids, engaged to a great guy, and blessed with an amazing family. When he is not at work, you can find him at the local gym or traveling the world. We are so thankful to have him practicing with us since 2010.
